All payments are taken in advance of your project. For projects that are over 1200 USD payment can be split into two, with balance due before the final files are delivered. The invoice will be emailed to you and can be paid through Paypal, credit card or direct bank deposit.



All communication between the client and me is private and confidential and may not be shared or forwarded to others without my expressed written consent.


I do my best to start your project as soon as possible; all dates and time frames are discussed before the start of the project. You will receive the initial concepts two weeks after your payment has been made in full (If payment has been split, you will be receiving initial concepts 2 weeks after you pay your first installment) If the project has been stopped by the client, it will be completely cancelled after one month unless prior arrangements are made.


I take on urgent projects only when our schedule allows. Most projects will take between 1-2 weeks, with a $100 fee added to the total project. Urgent projects must be paid in full before the project begins.

Refunds are not given on design work booked and scheduled. Refunds on deposits are not given.


All the design files will be provided upon completion of the project and will be delivered via dropbox. We suggest that you download these files immediately and save them on your computer. All Files can be moved on our end, causing you to lose accessibility if they are not downloaded properly.

You will also receive a stylesheet/brand guide including all fonts and color information needed to maintain your brand, we are unable to send actual fonts, and most of the fonts we use are available for purchase online.


All designs and artwork and text are protected under copyright and are property of Dream Catcher Girl.


All the above information will be sent in a form of a project agreement to you along with your first invoice. Your signature is required for acceptance of these terms
